Our client is one of the largest trucking companies in the United States, focused on customer service, employee satisfaction, and safety. The company approached SOFTWAVE to develop a customer portal that would support them in managing daily operations and provide visibility for their customers.
CHALLENGES
The company's current Transportation Management System lacks a user-friendly interface for managers to efficiently create and manage client orders. As a result, orders are occasionally lost or submitted with errors.

- Developed an intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX design.
